Competitive Activities definition

Competitive Activities means any business activities in which the Company or any other member of the Company Group engage (or have committed plans to engage) during the Term of Employment, or, following termination of Employee’s employment hereunder, was engaged in business (or had committed plans to engage) at the time of such termination of employment.
Competitive Activities means any business activities in which any member of the Company Group is engaged, or has committed plans to engage, during the Term of Employment.
Competitive Activities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

More Definitions of Competitive Activities

Competitive Activities means any business activity that is competitive with the then-current or demonstrably planned business activities of the Company Group.
Competitive Activities means any activities relating to products or services of the same or similar type as the products or services (1) which were or are sold (or, pursuant to an existing business plan, will be sold) to paying customers of the Company or any Related Company, and (2) for which you have any direct or indirect responsibility or any involvement to plan, develop, manage, market, sell, oversee, support, implement or perform, or had any such responsibility or involvement within your most recent 24 months of employment with the Company or any Related Company. Notwithstanding the previous sentence, an activity shall not be treated as a Competitive Activity if the geographic marketing area of such same or similar products or services does not overlap with the geographic marketing area for the applicable products and services of the Company or any Related Company.
Competitive Activities as used herein shall mean:
Competitive Activities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3 hereof.
Competitive Activities means telecommunication services provided by a rural exchange carrier business which has substantial business operations in the state of Florida, Maine, New Hampshire, North Carolina, or Vermont.
Competitive Activities means any activity in which the Executive uses Executive’s knowledge, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, as an employee, employer, owner, operator, manager, advisor, consultant, agent, partner, member, director, stockholder, officer, volunteer, intern, or any other similar capacity, on behalf of or in association with a business engaged in the same or similar business as the Company, including, without limitation, any business activity related to the residential real estate mortgage servicing or originations business, and any other business activity that is competitive with the then current or planned business activities of the Company. Competitive Activities does not include purchasing or owning less than one percent (1%) of the publicly traded securities of any corporation, provided that such ownership represents a passive investment and Executive is not a controlling person of, or a member of a group that controls, such corporation.
