Reserved Territory definition

Reserved Territory means all countries and territories in the world, but excluding the Promotion Territory.
Reserved Territory means the area encompassed by a circle with the present location of the NY Restaurant at its center and extending for a radius of 100 miles, but excluding the area located within ten (10) miles of City Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. "Restricted Area" shall mean the Reserved Territory exclusive of the area encompassed by a circle with the present location of the NY Restaurant at its center and extending for a radius of 25 miles.

More Definitions of Reserved Territory

Reserved Territory shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Reserved Territory means, prior to the occurrence of a Territory Expansion Event or execution by the Parties of an agreement pursuant to the PRC ROFN, the PRC Territory. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Rights granted to LGF hereunder shall include, without limitation, the exclusive right to market, advertise, promote and publicize the Picture in all media, whether now known or hereafter devised. b. Remakes Prequels & Sequels: LGF shall have a right of first refusal (a “Right of First Refusal”) with respect to worldwide distribution rights in any motion picture produced by Grantor alone or in conjunction with others during the Term (a “Qualifying Picture”) to the extent that Grantor controls the licensing of such distribution rights, provided, that such Right of First Refusal shall not apply to any rights to distribute a Qualifying Picture which has been licensed, transferred or otherwise disposed of prior to the time that Grantor controls the licensing
Reserved Territory means the Republic of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Swaziland and Lesotho and includes any one or more of such Countries
Reserved Territory means Canada, Japan, and the United States of America, including Puerto Rico and including the territories, possessions or commonwealths of Canada, Japan and the United States as of the date of signature of the Development and Distribution Agreement.
