Reservation of Right. You shall have the right not to accept for deposit to the Custody Account any Financial Assets which are in a form or condition which you, in your sole discretion, determine not to be suitable for the services you provide under this Agreement. Your rights and remedies under this Agreement are in addition to, and not in limitation of, any other rights and remedies you may have under applicable law.
Reservation of Right. Party B’s rights under the contract do not affect or eliminate any rights enjoyed according to relevant laws, stipulations and other contracts. Any grace, forgiving, preference or postponed exercising of any contract rights aimed at the breach or delay cannot be taken as the abandonment of rights and interests under the contract or permission or approval of any breach of contract; besides, they do not affect, block or hinder the continuous exercising of the rights or exercising of any other rights and do not ask Party B to bear any responsibilities and obligations for Party A. Even if Party B fails to exercise or delays exercising of any rights under the main contract or fails to completely utilize any rescue operation under the main contract, Party A’s guaranty responsibilities under the contract can not be reduced or exempted; however, once Party B reduces or exempts the debts under the main contract, Party A’s guaranty responsibilities under the contract are reduced and exempted accordingly.

Custodian shall have the right not to accept for deposit to the Custody Account any Financial Assets which are in a form or condition which Custodian, in its sole discretion, determines not to be suitable for the services Custodian provides under this Agreement. Custodian's and Fund's rights and remedies under this Agreement are in addition to, and not in limitation of, any other rights and remedies available to Custodian and Fund under applicable law.
Reservation of Right. CTA reserves the right to take any action that is reasonably necessary, in the sole judgment of CTA, for the protection of CES, the participants, including but not limited to exhibitors, and/or attendees.

If one party does not exercise all or part of the rights under the contract, or does not require the other to exercise, bear part of or all the obligations, responsibilities, it shall not mean the party gives up the rights or exempts from the obligations, responsibilities. If one party allows any tolerance, extension and delay in implementing the rights under the contract upon the other party, it shall not affect the party to process any right in line with the contract, related law and regulations, and it also shall not considered giving up the right.
Reservation of Right. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any and all benefit plans, practices, policies and programs at any time whether before or after termination of this Agreement without advance notice to or recourse by Executive.
Reservation of Right. County retains all rights, powers, duties, responsibilities and authority of a managerial or administrative character, except as specifically modified by the express provisions of this Memorandum.
