Custody Account definition

Custody Account means each custody account on Bank’s records to which Financial Assets are or may be credited pursuant hereto.
Custody Account means any account in the name of the Trust, which is provided for in Section 3.2 below.
Custody Account means the custody account or accounts held and administered outside The Netherlands (including any cash account relating to any securities account) established on the books of the Custodian in accordance with the provisions of the Agency Agreement, which term shall include each cash account relating to each such Custody Account (if any).

Examples of Custody Account in a sentence

  • The Custodian may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, permit the Fund to use funds so credited to the Fund Custody Account in anticipation of actual receipt of final payment.

  • Any such funds shall be repayable immediately upon demand made by the Custodian at any time prior to the actual receipt of all final payments in anticipation of which funds were credited to the Fund Custody Account.

  • The Custodian shall furnish the Trust with a daily activity statement and a summary of all transfers to or from each Fund Custody Account on the day following such transfers.

  • From such funds as may be available for the purpose in the relevant Fund Custody Account, and upon receipt of Proper Instructions specifying that the funds are required to redeem Shares of the Fund, the Custodian shall wire each amount specified in such Proper Instructions to or through such bank or broker-dealer as the Trust may designate.

  • The Custodian may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, advance funds to the Trust to facilitate the settlement of the Fund’s transactions in the Fund Custody Account.


More Definitions of Custody Account

Custody Account means the custody account established on the books of the Custodian in connection with the Notes in accordance with the provisions of the Custody Agreement.
Custody Account means any account in the name of the Fund, which is provided for in Section 3.2 below.
