Reports to Board. Custodian shall provide written reports notifying the Board of the placement of Assets with a particular Foreign Custodian and of any material change in a Series’ foreign custody arrangements. Such reports shall be provided to the Board quarterly, except as otherwise agreed by the Custodian and the Fund.

Such reports shall be provided to Board initially within 30 days after the execution of this Agreement and thereafter quarterly, except as otherwise agreed by the Custodian and the Fund.
Reports to Board. The Committee shall report its actions and recommendations to the Board of Directors after each Committee meeting.

Mellon shall provide written reports notifying the Board of the placement of Assets of a Portfolio with a particular Foreign Custodian and of any material change in such Portfolio's foreign custody arrangements. Such reports shall be provided to the Board quarterly, except as otherwise agreed by Mellon and the Trust.
Reports to Board. Contractor shall submit monthly invoices or reports to the Board outlining the amount of hours and nature of work performed during the preceding month and all actual expenses compensable under Paragraph 3 hereof incurred during the preceding month, which reports shall be due the first Monday of each month of this Agreement.

The Custodian shall provide written reports notifying Board and/or, as directed, the Fund's investment adviser of the placement of Assets with a particular Foreign Custodian and of any material change in any Fund's foreign custody arrangements. Such reports shall be provided annually, except as otherwise agreed by the Custodian and the Fund or required to comply with law or the standards set forth in this Agreement. The Custodian agrees to notify the Board and the Fund's investment adviser annually and at such other times as reasonably requested by the Board, that the Fund's foreign custody arrangements delegated to the Custodian under this Agreement meet the requirements of Rule 17f-5. The Custodian shall provide to the Board such information regarding the Custodian, as the Board may reasonably request, to assist the Board in determining that it is reasonable to rely on the Custodian to perform the responsibilities delegated under this Agreement.
Reports to Board. The Distributor shall prepare reports for the Board regarding its activities under this Agreement as from time to time shall be reasonably requested by the Board, including reports regarding the use of Rule 12b-1 payments administered by the Distributor, if any.

Within ninety (90) days of the end of each fiscal year, the Alliance Executive Director shall submit to the Board a report of the operations of the Alliance for the preceding year, including, an annual report of revenues and expenses of the Alliance and the annual audited financial statement of the Alliance prepared by the Alliance’s auditors. The Alliance Executive Director shall bring other matters of importance about the Alliance to the attention of the Board as necessary.
Reports to Board. Provide regular budget/expenditure reports on the overall Program to Board of Trustees and Bond Oversight Committee as determined in consultation with District, with adequate lead times for District staff approvals prior to presentation to Board of Trustees and Bond Oversight Committee.
