Reports to Board. Custodian shall provide written reports notifying Board of the placement of Assets with a particular Foreign Custodian and of any material change in a Fund's foreign custody arrangements. Such reports shall be provided to Board initially within 30 days after the execution of this Agreement and thereafter quarterly, except as otherwise agreed by the Custodian and the Fund.
