Releases definition

Releases means the releases set forth in ¶¶ 5-6 of this Stipulation.
Releases means any release, threatened release, spill, emission, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, escape, injection, deposit, disposal, discharge, dispersal, dumping, leaching or migration of Hazardous Material into or through the environment.
Releases means any release, deposit, discharge, emission, leaking, spilling, seeping, migrating, injecting, pumping, pouring, emptying, escaping, dumping, disposing, or other movement of Hazardous Materials into the environment. Landlord acknowledges that Tenant will be installing and using fume hoods in the Premises and that emissions of Hazardous Materials into the air in compliance with all Environmental Laws shall not be considered Releases.

  • Correspondence Management (OASH SPS) users manage and track documents (Correspondence, Memos, Reports to Congress, Regulations, FOIA, Press Releases) throughout their lifecycle.

  • Except as expressly provided for herein, no government agency or official can claim any rights under this Agreement or Settlement, whether with respect to the conduct that is the subject of the Releases, or the funds (or remainder of funds) paid or used in the Settlement.

  • You may use any New Releases that we provide to you during a valid support term in the same way that you use the On-premise Software, and New Releases are included in the definition of On-premise Software in that case.

More Definitions of Releases

Releases means releases of mercury or mercury compounds to land or water;
Releases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.7(c)(i) hereof.

Tenant shall comply with all applicable provisions of the standards of the BMBL to the extent applicable to Tenant’s operations in the Premises.
Releases means the releases set forth in Paragraphs 6-10 of this Stipulation.
Releases means an Update or Upgrade to the IDEMIA Software and are characterized as “Supplemental Releases,” “Standard Releases,” or “Product Releases.” A “Supplemental Release” is defined as a minor release of IDEMIA Software that contains primarily error corrections to an existing Standard Release and may contain limited improvements that do not affect the overall structure of the IDEMIA Software. Depending on Customer’s specific configuration, a Supplemental Release might not be applicable. Supplemental Releases are identified by the third digit of the three-digit release number, shown here as underlined: “1.2.3”. A “Standard Release” is defined as a major release of IDEMIA Software that contains product enhancements and improvements, such as new databases, modifications to databases, or new servers. A Standard Release may involve file and database conversions, System configuration changes, hardware changes, additional training, on-site installation, and System downtime.
