Rehearsal Schedule. The class during school hours will be held each Friday, when school is in session, from 2:35 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. After school rehearsals will take place on Monday, Thursday and Friday’s after school from 3:35 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The exact cast members that need to attend each rehearsal will be posted on the Junior High Bulletin Board, emailed and posted on our “live” school website. Plan on being available every assigned rehearsal during and after school hours. It is the student’s responsibility to check the Musical schedule every day because it may change. If, after looking at the attached rehearsal schedule, you see that you will need to miss 3 or more rehearsals please inform Xx. Xxxxxxxx immediately. We can discuss options such as working on set construction or switching to another class on Fridays, if necessary. Attendance at Run thru’s and Dress Rehearsals are mandatory. Please see attached musical calendar and xxxx your calendars. Attendance: Attendance at rehearsal is mandatory. Your absence may affect the entire rehearsal, and should not be taken lightly. In the event of an unavoidable conflict, you must let Xx. Xxxxxxxx know immediately. Missing more than two rehearsals may require a change in your part or role in the Musical. Xx. Xxxxxxxx needs to be notified by a parent, prior to a rehearsal, if a student needs to leave early.

  • Order Schedule means MSC’s form Order Schedule or any other mutually agreed upon order schedule which references this Agreement (by citing the MSC Agreement Number above or otherwise) and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services to be provided by MSC to Customer hereunder and the fees to be paid by Customer.

  • Tariff Schedule means the most recent schedule of charges for supply of electricity and services issued by the licensee as per the provisions of the Tariff Order for that licensee;

  • RFP means Request for Proposal.

  • Commitment Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;
