Regional Water System definition

Regional Water System means the system defined in Section 602(18) of the Act.
Regional Water System or “RWS” means the Pojoaque Basin Regional Water System to be constructed by the United States Bureau of Reclamation pursuant to the Xxxxxx Litigation Settlement Act, Pub. L. No. 111-291.
Regional Water System means a public water supply system in which the projected number of service connections in at least 50 percent of the length of the distribution system does not average more than eight service connections per linear mile of water main.
