More Definitions of Non-community water system
Non-community water system means a public water system that is not a community water system. A non-community water system is either a “transient non-community water system” (TWS) or a “non-transient non-community water system” (NTNCWS). Non-community water system means a public water system which is not a community water system, and has at least 15 service connections used by nonresidents, or regularly serves 25 or more nonresident individuals daily for at least 60 days per year. (Section 9(a)(4) of the Illinois Groundwater Protection Act [415 ILCS 55/9(a)(4)]).
