Rates Applicable After Event of Default. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Sections 2.8, 2.9 or 2.10, during the continuance of a Default or Event of Default the Required Lenders may, at their option, by notice from the Designated Agent to the Borrower (which notice may be revoked at the option of the Required Lenders notwithstanding any provision of Section 8.3 requiring unanimous consent of the Lenders to changes in interest rates), declare that no Advance may be made as, converted into or continued as a Eurocurrency Advance. During the continuance of an Event of Default the Required Lenders may, at their option, by notice from the Designated Agent to the Borrower (which notice may be revoked at the option of the Required Lenders notwithstanding any provision of Section 8.3 requiring unanimous consent of the Lenders to changes in interest rates), declare that (i) each Eurocurrency Advance shall bear interest for the remainder of the applicable Interest Period at the rate otherwise applicable to such Interest Period plus 2.00% per annum, (ii) each Base Rate Advance shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Base Rate in effect from time to time plus 2.00% per annum, and (iii) the LC Fee shall be increased by 2.00% per annum, provided that, during the continuance of an Event of Default under Sections 7.6 or 7.7, the interest rates set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) above and the increase in the LC Fee set forth in clause (iii) above shall be applicable to all Credit Extensions without any election or action on the part of the Designated Agent or any Lender. After an Event of Default has been waived, the interest rate applicable to advances and the LC Fee shall revert to the rates applicable prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default.

Rates Applicable After Event of Default. During the continuance of an Event of Default, the Required Lenders may, at their option, by notice from the Administrative Agent to the Borrower (which notice may be revoked at the option of the Required Lenders notwithstanding any provision of Section 9.3 requiring unanimous consent of the Lenders to changes in interest rates), declare that each Revolving Loan and the principal amount of each other Obligation shall bear interest at the rate of three percent (3%) per annum in excess of the applicable rates set forth in this Agreement. After an Event of Default has been waived, the interest rate applicable to the Revolving Loans (and any such Obligations) shall revert to the rates applicable prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default.
Rates Applicable After Event of Default. During the continuance of an Event of Default the Required Lenders may, at their option, by notice to the Company, declare that (a) the Loans shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the interest rate which would otherwise be in effect from time to time pursuant to Section 6.1.1, plus 2% per annum (each, a “Default Rate”), and (b) the LC Fee shall be increased by 2% per annum, provided that, during the continuance of an Event of Default under Section 14.1.8, the interest rate set forth in clause (a) above and the increase in the LC Fee set forth in clause (b) above shall automatically be applicable to all Loans, Letters of Credit, and Credit Extensions without any election or action on the part of the Agent or any Lender. After an Event of Default has been cured or waived, the interest rate applicable to the Loans and the LC Fee shall revert to the rates applicable prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default. 6.1.3
Rates Applicable After Event of Default. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 2.6, during the continuance of an Event of Default, at the option of the Lender (or, in the case of an Event of Default under Section 6.1(b), (g), or (h), automatically), the Term Loans shall bear interest at the rate otherwise applicable thereto plus 5.0% per annum.

If all or a portion of (a) the principal amount of any Loan, (b) any interest payable thereon, or (c) any fee or other amount payable hereunder shall not be paid when due (whether at the stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise), such overdue amount shall, after giving effect to any applicable grace period therefor, bear interest, payable from time to time on demand, at a rate per annum equal to the Default Rate, in each case from the date such overdue amount was first due until such amount is paid in full.

During the continuance of an Event of Default, the Required Banks may, at their option, by notice to Borrower (which notice may be revoked at the option of the Required Banks notwithstanding any provision of Section 11.2 requiring unanimous consent of Banks to changes in interest rates), declare that (i) each LIBOR Advance shall bear interest for the remainder of the applicable Interest Period at the rate otherwise applicable to such Interest Period plus 2% per annum and (ii) each Floating Rate Advance shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Floating Rate otherwise applicable to the Floating Rate Advance plus 2% per annum.

Rates Applicable After Event of Default. During the continuance of an Event of Default the Lender may, by notice to the Borrower, declare that each Loan shall bear interest at the Default Rate. If an Event of Default has been waived in writing by the Lender, which waiver is subject to the Lender’s sole discretion, the interest rates applicable to the Loans shall revert to the rates applicable prior to the occurrence of an Event of Default.
