RATES APPLICABLE. Commodities transported shall be subject to the toll rates, and governed by Shipper's Transportation Services Agreement and the rules and regulations in effect on the date such Commodities are received by the Carrier. Toll rates may be adjusted per Carrier's determination and subject to Shipper's Transportation Services Agreement.
