LIBOR Rate Advance definition

LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a LIBOR Rate.

LIBOR Rate Advance means any borrowing under this Note when and to the extent that its interest rate is determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate.

LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 4.1(b).

Examples of LIBOR Rate Advance in a sentence

• The Administrative Agent will at the request of the Borrower, from time to time, but not more often than monthly, provide notice of the amount of the outstanding Aggregate Commitment, the Type of Advance, and the applicable interest rate, if for a LIBOR Rate Advance.

• The Administrative Agent will notify each Lender of the interest rate applicable to each LIBOR Rate Advance promptly upon determination of such interest rate and will give each Lender prompt notice of each change in the Alternate Base Rate.

LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBOR Rate as provided in Section 2.4(a)(ii).
