Verification and Evaluation of all, or of a selection of, Qualifying Services allegedly rendered under the program (including onsite inspections at Qualifying Facilities), may be performed per Frontier Energy or SDG&E requirements.
Transporter shall retain all other revenues received from Qualifying Services up to and including $1,200,000 during each full calendar year from 2011 through 2015.
If during the 15 months following the 12th Amendment Effective Date, Customer orders, installs and maintains in service any new Qualifying Services from Supplier under the Agreement with incremental monthly recurring charges equal to one of the amounts set forth below, Customer will receive the corresponding Achievement Credit(s).
