Promptly following. 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the second Trading Day immediately preceding the Purchase Contract Settlement Date, the Purchase Contract Agent shall notify the Collateral Agent of the receipt of such notices from Holders intending to make a Cash Settlement pursuant to this Section. A Holder of a Hybrid Capital Unit who has so notified the Purchase Contract Agent of its intention to effect a Cash Settlement shall pay the Purchase Price to the Collateral Agent for deposit in the Collateral Account prior to 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on the Trading Day immediately preceding the Purchase Contract Settlement Date, in lawful money of the United States by certified or cashier's check or wire transfer, in each case in immediately available funds payable to or upon the order of the Collateral Agent. Any funds received by the Collateral Agent in respect of the investment earnings from such Permitted Investments in excess of the Purchase Price for the Ordinary Shares to be purchased by such Holder shall be distributed to the Purchase Contract Agent when received for payment to the Company.
