Trading Day definition

Trading Day means a day on which the principal Trading Market is open for trading.
Trading Day means a day on which the Common Stock is traded on a Trading Market.
Trading Day means a day on which the principal national securities exchange on which the Security is listed or admitted to trading is open for the transaction of business or, if the Security is not listed or admitted to trading on any national securities exchange, a Business Day.
