Capital Unit definition

Capital Unit or “Unit” means Capital Units of the Company with the rights and privileges set forth in this Operating Agreement, including Class A Capital Units, and any other class of Capital Units as may be approved and adopted by the Board of Managers.
Capital Unit means a Capital Unit in the Trust referred to in clause 3.
Capital Unit means the Class A Capital Unit and the Class B Capital Unit.

  • After the expiration of the Founder Shares Lock-up Period, the Private Placement Lock-up Period, the Working Capital Unit Lock-up Period, or the Extension Unit Lock-up Period, as the case may be, the Holder may assign or delegate such Holder’s rights, duties or obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any transferee.

  • The Board of Mangers may provide for the placement of legends on Capital Unit certificates to indicate restrictions on transfer, corn delivery obligations, or other restrictions or obligations contained herein.
