Project Co Commissioning definition

Project Co Commissioning has the meaning set out in Schedule 2 [Design and Construction Protocols];
Project Co Commissioning means the commissioning activities to be carried out by Project Co in order to achieve OMSF/Test Track Readiness Completion and Substantial Completion in accordance with the OMSF and Test Track Commissioning Program and the Final Commissioning Program, as applicable.
Project Co Commissioning means the commissioning activities to be carried out by Project Co in order to achieve Revenue Service Availability as set forth in Schedule 14 – Commissioning.

  • The Project Co Commissioning Coordinator shall be an individual, company or agency having a minimum of 10 years experience in the design or commissioning of vehicles, systems, equipment and facilities of similar scope and complexity, shall be licensed or authorized by the Association of Professional Engineers of the Province of Ontario and shall be familiar with and knowledgeable about each of the standards set out in this Schedule 14.

  • With the exception of the obligation to supply drivers and controllers for commissioning, the City accepts no responsibility for Project Co Commissioning.

  • Project Co and each of its Subcontractors shall assign, where applicable, individuals from each relevant trade to the Commissioning Team and shall ensure that representatives of the relevant Equipment manufacturers and testing agencies are present during the relevant Project Co Commissioning meetings.

More Definitions of Project Co Commissioning

Project Co Commissioning means Project Co’s commissioning activities to be carried out at the Facility prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Service Commencement;
Project Co Commissioning means inspection and testing of the Infrastructure, including all Equipment, components, systems and sub-systems, for the purpose of verifying the performance of the Infrastructure and confirming that the Infrastructure complies with the Design and Construction Requirements.

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Pre-commissioning means the testing, checking, and any other required activity that may be specified in the Technical Requirements that are to be carried out by the Supplier in preparation for Commissioning of the System as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Decommissioning Plan means the document containing detailed information on the proposed decommissioning and covering the following: the selected decommissioning strategy; the schedule, type and sequence of decommissioning activities; the waste management strategy applied, including clearance; the proposed end state; the storage and disposal of the waste from decommissioning; the timeframe for decommissioning; the cost estimates for the completion of decommissioning; and the objectives, expected results, milestones, target dates, as well as the corresponding key performance indicators, including, as appropriate, earned value based indicators. The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Decommissioning means the measures taken at the end of a facility's operating life to assure the continued protection of the public from any residual radioactivity or other potential hazards present at a facility.

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract. Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”
