Program Inventions definition

Program Inventions means, for each Target, any invention or Know-How that is [***] in the course of performing or as a result of the activities conducted under a Research Program.
Program Inventions has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.1.
Program Inventions means any invention that is conceived and/or first reduced to practice in the course of or as a result of the activities conducted under this Agreement (including in exercise of a license under this Agreement) or as a result of the use of Confidential Information exchanged hereunder. For clarity, Program Inventions include all Know-How made, developed, invented or discovered by employees, contractors or agents of either Party or of both Parties pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Program Inventions in a sentence

  • To avoid doubt, this Section 5.3 (Disclosure) shall not be read to require Adimab to disclose Program Inventions constituting Adimab Platform Technology Improvements to Leap.

  • ProGen shall own Program Inventions solely related and limited to Compound [*] (“ProGen Program Inventions”).

  • All Program Inventions that are solely related to the combination of the Device with Compound [*] (collectively, “Joint Program Inventions”) shall be jointly owned by the Parties.

More Definitions of Program Inventions

Program Inventions means any patentable invention that is conceived and/or first reduced to practice in the course of or as a result of the activities conducted under this Agreement.
Program Inventions means all inventions, other than Company Property, developed as a result of performance of the Development Program, and all patents and patent applications related thereto.
Program Inventions has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.
Program Inventions means all inventions, innovations, improvements, ideas, discoveries, technology, know-how, methods, applications and products (whether or not patentable) arising under the Research Program, which are conceived, derived, reduced to practice, made or developed during the term of and the four (4) months following conclusion of the Research Program by one or more individuals who are employees of one of the parties at the time of the inventive contribution of such individual(s). "Joint Program Inventions" shall mean all inventions, innovations, improvements, ideas, discoveries, technology, know-how, methods, applications and products (whether or not patentable) arising under the Research Program, which are conceived, derived, reduced to practice, made or developed during the term of and the four (4) months following the conclusion of the Program by at least two individuals, at least one individual of which is an employee, at the time of the inventive contribution of such individual, of one of the parties hereto, and at least
Program Inventions means and include all patentable and unpatentable inventions, ideas, discoveries, improvements, design rights, semiconductor mask works, works of authorship, trade secrets, know-how and any equivalents thereof, and any patent applications or patents based thereon, made or conceived during and as a result of the Research Program, all of which shall be identified in Exhibit D to this Agreement, which Exhibit shall be amended from time to time as warranted.
Program Inventions means, collectively, AVEO Program Inventions, Pharmstandard Program Inventions and Joint Inventions.
