Services Agreements definition

Services Agreements means the Outsourcing Master Services Agreements between MBL and MGL dated November 15, 2007, and between the Non-Banking Holdco and MGL dated December 10, 2007, and any supplements or amendments thereto;

Services Agreements means (i) the Amended and Restated Tax Sharing Agreement by and among Select Medical Holdings Corporation, Concentra Group Holdings, LLC and Concentra Group Holdings Parent, LLC, dated as of the date hereof and (ii) the Amended and Restated Shared Services Agreement between Select Medical Corporation and the Borrower dated as of the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date.

Services Agreements means that Services Agreement entered into by 和记黄埔医药 (上海) 有限公司Xxxxxxxxx MediPharma Limited and the Company dated as of [·] and the Services Agreement entered into by Nestlé and the Company dated as of [·].

Examples of Services Agreements in a sentence

• Borrower acknowledges that it previously has entered, and/or may in the future enter, into Bank Services Agreements with Bank.

• Without limiting the foregoing, except as otherwise provided in Section 4.1, the grant of security interest by Borrower in Section 4.1 shall survive until the termination of all Bank Services Agreements.
