Shared Services Agreement definition
Shared Services Agreement means an agreement entered into between two or more municipalities, including the District Municipality, whereby the participating municipalities agree to share services described in the agreement;
Shared Services Agreement means a shared services arrangement or other similar contractual arrangement pursuant to which a Person owning a television broadcast station provides certain technical, business, management, administrative, back-office or other services in support of the business or operation of a second television broadcast station owned by another Person (who is not an Affiliate of the first Person).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 6.15 shall not apply to any amendment, modification or supplement made to the fees or services provided under the Shared Services Agreement as expressly contemplated by the Shared Services Agreement as in effect on the Closing Date so long as such revised fees or services (or the fees for such revised services) are on arm’s length terms or on terms that senior management of the Borrower Representative reasonably believes allocates costs fairly.
