Professional real estate services definition
Professional real estate services. ' means those professional services of licensed real estate professionals, as well as incidental services that members of the profession and those in their employ may logically and justifiably perform. These services shall include at a minimum a market analysis based on the highest and best use of all county property being sold or leased.
Professional real estate services means those services per- formed by an “Insured” for others as a real estate agent, real estate broker, real estate personal assistant, real estate sales person, real estate consultant or counselor, real estate appraiser, property manager, real estate leasing agent, mort- gage broker, auctioneer of real property, notary public; or member of a formal real estate accreditation, standards review or similar real estate board or committee.
