Estate Professionals definition

Estate Professionals means those Persons employed pursuant to an order of the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with sections 327, 328, and 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code or who are entitled to compensation or reimbursement pursuant to sections 503(b)(3)(D) or 506(b) of the Bankruptcy Code.
Estate Professionals has the meaning specified therefor in the Initial Financing Order or the Final Financing Order, as applicable.

For purposes of these Standards and Specifications a licensed professional is one that is certified by DPOR as an Architect, Professional Engineer, Land Surveyor, or Landscape Architects.

  • Healthcare Professional means any member of the medical, dental, pharmacy or nursing professions or any other person who in the course of his or her professional activities may prescribe, recommend, purchase, supply, or administer a pharmaceutical product.
