Healthcare Professional definition
Healthcare Professional means any member of the medical, pharmacy or nursing professions or any other person who in the course of his or her professional activities may prescribe, administer or dispense to an end-user a medicinal product.

Healthcare Professional or “HCP” means any individual who is licensed to prescribe or dispense drugs in the Territory, or who is in a position to recommend or refer a health-related product or service in the Territory, or who has significant input or influence on prescribing, purchasing or formulary decisions in the Territory, including physicians, physician assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, medical directors, pharmacy directors, and formulary committee members.
Healthcare Professional or “HCP” means any person licensed to prescribe an Amgen Therapeutic Product, including without limitation physicians and other providers (e.g., nurses, pharmacists) with prescribing authority and/or in a position to influence a purchasing decision of an Amgen Therapeutic Product.
