Procurement Documentation definition

Procurement Documentation means the pre-qualification questionnaire and/or the invitation to tender documentation (as the context requires) together with any related documents issued by the Agent relating to the Procurement.
Procurement Documentation means the documents to be used in any procurement exercise and where different, those intended to form part of any contract following on from a tendering procedure. It includes, but is not restricted to, the Selection Documents, the invitation to tender for or to negotiate a contract, the proposed conditions of contract, the specifications or the descriptions of the supplies, services or works required by the Council and any Bills of Quantities and includes any such documents or their equivalents issued by electronic means;
Procurement Documentation means procurement regulation (in Russian – положение о закупке), procurement plan (in Russian – план закупки) procurement notice (in Russian – извещение о закупке) and other documents and information required under the Procurement Law to lawfully procure goods, works and services;

More Definitions of Procurement Documentation

Procurement Documentation means the OJEU, the ESPD, the ITPD, Evaluation Methodology, the Contract and all other documentation prepared during the course of the procurement of the Project;
Procurement Documentation means the documentation issued by the Contracting Entity inviting expressions of interest in respect of participation in the Public Procurement;
Procurement Documentation means the documentation issued by the Employer inviting expressions of interest in respect of participation in the Public Procurement.

Procurement Documentation is the terms and conditions, forms, and all other information provided on the System, or referred to in the System, as part of an Invitation.
