On the basis of the information which CSAM has given, the Sub-Adviser has determined that CSAM is an Intermediate Customer and the Fund is a Private Customer.
If a Private Customer does not agree with the reviewed charges and fees, they may terminate the Storage Agreement, without costs, during this Notice Period and the termination of the Storage Agreement will then be effective as from the end of that Notice Period.
