To the extent supplies are available, the Distributor agrees to make the Material available, under an agreement having terms consistent with the terms of this SMTA, to other scientists (at least those at Non-profit Organization(s)) who wish to replicate the Recipient Scientist's research; provided that such other scientists reimburse the Distributor for any costs relating to the preparation and distribution of the Material.
