Play Equipment means the Jungle Gym and/or Playground Equipment and accompanying equipment and attachments, described hereunder as: (which description also corresponds with the description set out in the invoice supplied by Planet Jungle Gym to the Lessee at date and time of delivery.)

  • X-ray equipment means an x-ray system, subsystem, or component thereof. Types of x-ray equipment are as follows:

  • Mobile x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment mounted on a permanent base with wheels and/or casters for moving while completely assembled.

  • Company Equipment means all equipment supplied by the Company to the Contractor, to use in the performance of the Work and which is specified in the Contract as “Company Equipment”.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.
