Zoning By law - amendment required - agreement In every case where a development plan is presented to the Council for which a Zoning By-law amendment is required for the development or redevelopment of lands within the corporate limits of the City of Woodstock, the applicant shall enter into a binding agreement with the City in the form of Schedule `A’.
