USE AND STORAGE. Provider reserves the right to establish or modify general practices and limits concerning use of the Services and Software, including, without limitation, the maximum number of days that content will be retained by the Service and the maximum disk space or bandwidth capacity that will be allotted on servers owned or operated by Provider on Customer’s behalf. Where practical, Provider will provide Customer with prior notice of such new or modified practices; provided, however, that Provider will have the absolute right to implement such new or modified practices without prior notice in its sole discretion and without liability of any kind.
USE AND STORAGE. This Agreement is for the exclusive use of a Bicycle Locker assigned by the City, at the Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo Station. User may not assign, rent, or permit any other person to use the assigned Bicycle Locker. Bicycle Locker shall be used for the sole purpose of storing one bicycle and related accessories. Storage of any other material is strictly prohibited. MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS Bicycle Locker will be maintained in clean and good condition, and free of debris, at all times. User must immediately provide written notice to the City of any damage, malfunction or repair needed. User shall not modify or alter the assigned Bicycle Locker. A Damage/Repair fee will be deducted from the security key deposit if the Bicycle Locker is damaged or requires cleanup over the above normal wear and tear.
USE AND STORAGE. Students are permitted to have music, movie and image files on their Device, however the copyright act prohibits users from storing files under copyright (i.e.: music owned by others). The caveats outlined regarding obscene or offensive material, copyright and privacy obviously apply.

You acknowledge that ASA may establish general practices and limits concerning the maximum number of days that uploaded content will be available through E-Services, the maximum number of uploads that may be sent from or received by an account established using E-Services, the maximum size of any material that may be sent from or received by an account established using E-Services, the maximum storage space that will be allotted on servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access E-Services in a given period of time. You agree that ASA has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any material and other communications or other content maintained or transmitted through E-services by you. You acknowledge that ASA reserves the right to log off one or more E-Service accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time, as determined by ASA in its reasonable discretion.

Member acknowledges that the Company may establish general practices and limits concerning use of Davids Bonus Bucks, including, without limitation, the maximum number of days that information, data, account history or other uploaded content will be retained by Xxxxxx Bonus Bucks, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on Company's servers on Member's behalf, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) Member may access Davids Bonus Bucks in a given period of time. Member acknowledges that Company reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. Member further acknowledges that the Company reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice. Member agrees that the Company has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any information or data and other communications or other content maintained or transmitted by or through Davids Bonus Bucks.
USE AND STORAGE. Kinexus may store User information, content, contact lists, emails, campaign activity statistics, reports and other information in its databases for the User. We reserve the right to establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the Services, including without limitation the maximum number of days that information is stored, the maximum amount of disk space that will be allotted to each User, the maximum size of campaigns sent through our Services and the maximum number of occasions that the User may access the Services in a given period of time. Kinexus has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages, content or other information maintained or transmitted through the Services. At any time Kinexus may determine that User information can no longer be stored by Kinexus or deem User information to be inappropriate and remove it from its databases with or without notice to the User. If the User does not log into its account for more than 90 days, the account will become inactive. When an account is inactive, at Kinexus's sole discretion, Kinexus will notify the User by email. Inactive accounts have 30 days to become active after notification or the account and its data may be permanently removed from the Kinexus databases.
USE AND STORAGE. Client acknowledges that SSP may establish general guidelines and limits concerning use of SSP’s services and may modify these guidelines at any time. Limits may include but are not restricted to, the maximum number of days that email messages or other content will be retained, maximum number of email messages that may be sent from or received by an account, the maximum size of any email messages sent and the maximum disk space that will be allotted on SSP’s servers on Client’s behalf. , Client acknowledges that SSP is not responsible for backing up Client’s website and data. Client should seek appropriate backup solutions. Changes made by Client using the editing tool or by SSP may be lost if data loss occurs after a scheduled backup by SSP.
USE AND STORAGE. The Supplier accepts that LanguageWire does not assume liability for services that become inaccessible or unusable in the short or long term. It is furthermore accepted that LanguageWire may set up general procedures and limitations in connection with the use of LanguageWire’s services. LanguageWire reserves the right to close a Supplier’s account if it has been inactive for a long period of time or if the Supplier demonstrates unprofessional conduct.
USE AND STORAGE. 4.1.1 Without prejudice to Section 16.4, the Company shall grant to Macquarie during the Storage Term: the exclusive and uninterrupted license and right to use the Included Storage Locations which are Facilities on and subject to the terms of this Agreement, including the exclusive and uninterrupted license and right to inject, store and withdraw Crude Oil and Products (as applicable) in and from the Included Storage Locations which are Facilities.
