The Agreed Activity must commence within one year of the delivery of the Donation or Grant.
The Parties hereto certify that the terms of the Agreed Activity, and performance thereof, comply, and are consistent, with applicable laws, rules, and regulations including, but not limited to the Anti-Corruption Laws, as amended from time to time.
You will ensure that at all times, while the Funding Agreement is in force, that your organisation is correctly constituted and regulated and that the receipt of the grant and the delivery of the Agreed Activity are within the scope of your constitution.
Each Party acknowledges that each Partner will disclose to the HLO Personal Data and Special Category Data collected by that Partner in order for the HLO and the Partners to collaborate and provide the musical activities under the Agreed Activity under this Agreement.

Annual monitoring and reporting will be against the agreed objectives and targets as outlined in the Agreed Activity.
This will need to be determined by the HLO and Hub board, in response to need o allocating sufficient budget to partner organisations to maintain or develop required infrastructure to deliver the Agreed Activity.
Overheads, management fees, administrative costs and any other recharges must relate directly to the amount of time spent on the Agreed Activity and you must show how these have been calculated.
You must tell us in advance if you want to make any significant changes to your legal status, consortium arrangements (where applicable), partnership arrangements, staffing, business model or to the Agreed Activity under this Funding Agreement.
If you spend less than the whole grant allocated in any one financial year on the Agreed Activity, you will return the unspent amount of grant for that year to us promptly at the end of that financial year.
