Examples of Partnership Assets in a sentence
Title to any or all of the Partnership Assets may be held in the name of the Partnership, the General Partner or one or more nominees, as the General Partner may determine.
All Partnership Assets shall be recorded as the property of the Partnership on its books and records, irrespective of the name in which legal title to such Partnership Assets is held.
The amount of any such excess advances shall be a debt obligation of the Partnership to such Partner and shall be payable or collectible only out of the Partnership Assets in accordance with the terms and conditions upon which such advances are made.
