Examples of Our Charges in a sentence
Our Charges will be determined in accordance with this agreement.
Our Charges are subject to VAT (where applicable), at the rate prevailing when we invoice you.
Our Charges and Fees for the Adapt AIM Portfolios service are as stated in the Application Form and the Adapt AIM Portfolios Brochure.

AWARE that unless You end this Contract or We end this Contract, following the process set out under this paragraph 21 You will STILL BE LIABLE for Our Charges even if You do not live in Your Property (unless this Contract is suspended in accordance with paragraph 20).
You acknowledge that Our Charges have been calculated on the basis that this Contract will continue until the end of the Initial Term as We may have spent money on set up costs and accordingly agree that it is reasonable for Us to require the payment of the Termination Payment as calculated above.
