Open Beta Service definition

Open Beta Service means the free distribution of the Client Software to users in the general public, and the operation of any version of Client Software in conjunction therewith, for the purpose of beta testing such Client Software, and/or other software or hardware requirements necessary for the full and proper operation of the Game in the Territory and otherwise as required by KONG.
Open Beta Service means the phase when Licensee generally release a Localized Game (without in-game Purchase functionality) to the public anywhere in the Territory.
Open Beta Service means the testing (which testing is open to applicants who are general public) of the Localized Game version that is in substantially complete form. Appendix A sets forth further details of the Open Beta Service.

Examples of Open Beta Service in a sentence

  • Licensee will provide to Tencent a distribution plan for each Localized Game (including the proposed commencement date of the applicable Closed Beta Service, Open Beta Service and Commercial Launch in the Territory) as soon as reasonably practical, but in no event less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to commencement of the applicable Closed Beta Service, or such other time as may be mutually agreed upon between the Parties.

  • Upon effective delivery of each relevant Deliverable, Licensee will promptly commence the applicable testing of such Deliverable and cause the commencement of the Closed Beta Service, Open Beta Service or Commercial Launch, as applicable.

  • Before the Open Beta Service, Licensee will prepare and submit a XXXX to Proxima for review and approval.

  • Upon effective delivery of each relevant Deliverable, Licensee will promptly commence the applicable testing of such Deliverable and cause the commencement of the Closed Beta Service, Open Beta Service, or Commercial Launch, as applicable.

  • Licensee shall promptly notify Proxima in writing, the commencement date of Close Beta Service, Open Beta Service and Commercial Launch of the Localized Game in the Territory and Licensee shall obtain the written approval of Proxima before the actual commencement dates.

  • Licensee shall provide to Proxima a distribution plan of the Localized Game (including, but not limited to, the proposed commencement date of Close Beta Service, Open Beta Service and Commercial Launch in the Territory as soon as reasonably practical).

  • Before the applicable Open Beta Service for each Localized Game, Licensee will prepare and submit a EXXX to Tencent for review and approval, and approval will not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Licensee will promptly notify Tencent in writing, but in no event less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the commencement of the applicable Closed Beta Service, or such other time as may be mutually agreed upon between the Parties, of the commencement date of the applicable Closed Beta Service, Open Beta Service and Commercial Launch of each Localized Game in each jurisdiction in the applicable Territory, which will be determined by Licensee after good faith consultation with Tencent.


More Definitions of Open Beta Service

Open Beta Service means the operation of the Game provided free to unlimited beta testers or Users for the purpose of testing for bugs in the Game within the Territory. The time period and the type of service provided shall be determined by Licensee in consideration of the circumstances and quality of the program (Client Software, Server Software, and/or other software or hardware requirements necessary for the full and proper operation of the Game in the Territory).

Related to Open Beta Service

  • Data Service means a telecommunications service other than a voice service.

  • Black Start Service means the capability of generating units to start without an outside electrical supply or the demonstrated ability of a generating unit with a high operating factor (subject to Transmission Provider concurrence) to automatically remain operating at reduced levels when disconnected from the grid.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Network Integration Transmission Service means the transmission service provided under Tariff, Part III.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Software as a Service or “SaaS” means a licensing delivery model wherein software or other hosted services are licensed on a subscription basis, centrally hosted, and remotely accessed by users.

  • Network Transmission Service means transmission service provided pursuant to the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Tariff, Part III, or transmission service comparable to such service that is provided to a Load Serving Entity that is also a Transmission Owner.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Telephone Toll Service is As Defined in the Act.

  • Distribution Service means the delivery of electricity to Customers by the Distribution Company.
