payment initiation service means a service to initiate a payment order at the request of the payment service user with respect to a payment account held at another payment service provider;
payment initiation service means a service to place a payment order at the request of the payer or of the payee with respect to a payment account held at another payment service provider;
payment initiation service means the payment initiation service (offered by a third provider to the Customer) upon the request of the Customer-payment services user as regards the payment account held with the Bank.
