Online Services Use Rights definition

Online Services Use Rights means the usage rights set out by Microsoft who provides this service which you must agree to when using the Product.
Online Services Use Rights means the use rights for each Product; for Office 365 these are published at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/licensing/onlineuserights/english and for other services at: xxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/licensing/onlineuserights/english. intY may change the location of these websites.
Online Services Use Rights means the use rights for each Product available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx or at an alternate site that we identify. "Order" means an order for a Product on the Portal or direct with us. An Order may include multiple Subscriptions to a Product.

Examples of Online Services Use Rights in a sentence

  • We also grant you the right to use a prior (older) version in place of a Licensed Software version you license if we specify such use in the Online Services Use Rights.

  • You may not rent, lease, lend, resell, or host to or for third parties any Product, except as expressly permitted for a given Product in the Online Services Use Rights.

  • The Online Services Use Rights identify limitations on your use of Products in addition to those specified in this agreement.

  • Licenses may be reassigned as described in the Online Services Use Rights.

  • You may not separate and use the components of a Product on two or more computers, upgrade or downgrade components at different times, or transfer components separately, except as provided in the Online Services Use Rights.

  • Except as expressly stated in the Licensing Agreement (including the Product Use Rights and Online Services Use Rights), Licensor shall not assign or transfer any of its interest in this Agreement without the prior written consent of Licensee.

  • Provisions regarding fees, Online Services Use Rights, restrictions on use, transfer of Licenses, export restrictions, defense of infringement, misappropriation, and third party claims, limitations of liability, confidentiality, compliance verification, obligations on termination and the provisions in this Section entitled “Miscellaneous” will survive termination or expiration of this agreement.

  • If there is a conflict between any provision in this Amendment and any provision in the Agreement or the Online Services Use Rights (including the linked Privacy and Security Supplement) for the Online Services, this Amendment shall control.

  • Provisions regarding fees, Online Services Use Rights, restrictions on use, transfer of Licenses, export restrictions, defense of infringement, misappropriation, and third party claims, limitations of liability, confidentiality, compliance verification, obligations on termination and the provisions in this Section entitled "Miscellaneous" will survive termination or expiration of this agreement.

  • Your use of these services is limited solely to design, develop, test and demonstrate your programs you create with the software, and is otherwise governed by the Microsoft Licensing Online Services Use Rights.

Related to Online Services Use Rights

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Broadband Internet access service means a mass-market retail service by wire or radio that provides the capability to transmit data to and receive data from all or substantially all Internet endpoints, including any capabilities that are incidental to and enable the operation of the communications service, but excluding dial-up Internet access service. This term also encompasses any service that the State finds to be providing a functional equivalent of the service described in the previous sentence, or that is used to evade the protections set forth in this section.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 10.5.2.2, 10.5.2.8, and 10.5.2.9.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.

  • Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.
