Notice of Enrollment Sample Clauses

A Notice of Enrollment clause requires one party to formally inform the other when an individual or entity is enrolled in a program, service, or plan under the agreement. Typically, this notice must be provided in writing and within a specified timeframe, such as when a new employee joins a benefits plan or a participant is added to a service roster. The core function of this clause is to ensure clear communication and proper record-keeping, preventing misunderstandings about who is covered or included under the terms of the agreement.
