Non-Exclusive Territory definition

Non-Exclusive Territory means the jurisdictions set forth in Schedule B hereto, it being understood and agreed that additional jurisdictions may be added, as mutually agreed by the Parties from time to time.
Non-Exclusive Territory means (1) the states of Minnesota and Iowa; and (2) the Lower Peninsula of Michigan.
Non-Exclusive Territory means Canada and Mexico and the respective territories and possessions of each.

Non-Exclusive Territory means the countries as set forth in Schedule C attached hereto [* * *].
