New Machinery and Equipment definition

New Machinery and Equipment means machinery, equipment, furniture, fixtures, and information technology equipment and other tangible personal property, and purchased after the Effective Date, installed and used at the Colorado River Project to support the operations of Company and classified by TCAD as Business Personal Property for valuation purposes after Company has rendered it to TCAD.
New Machinery and Equipment means new machinery and equipment assessed as real estate pursuant to Section 427A.1, subsection (1), paragraph e of the current Code of Iowa, as amended, unless the machinery or equipment is part of the normal replacement or operating process to maintain or expand the existing operational status.
New Machinery and Equipment means machinery, equipment, furniture, fixtures, and information technology equipment and other items treated as personal property by the relevant taxing authorities, and purchased after the Effective Date, and installed and used at the Project for the purpose of supporting the operations of the Company.

New Machinery and Equipment means machinery, equipment, and other items treated as personal property by the relevant taxing authorities, and purchased after the Effective Date, and installed and used at the Americas Operations Center for the purpose of supporting the operations of APPLE. For Phase II of the Project, APPLE shall invest an additional amount of at least Two Hundred Twenty-six Million and No/100 Dollars ($226,000,000) (“Phase II Investment”) in New Improvements and New Machinery and Equipment associated with the additional build-out of APPLE’s Americas Operations Center by December 31, 2021. In the event APPLE exceeds the requisite Phase I Investment, the value of such excess may be applied toward the Phase II Investment requirement. Only the value of like-kind investments (i.e. New Improvements or New Machinery and Equipment) may be applied toward the respective investment requirement.

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant (including any central plant), machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, lab, security, or fire/life safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment which serve the Building and/or any other building in the Project in whole or in part.

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Machinery means any article or combination of articles assembled, arranged or connected and which is used or intended to be used for converting any form of energy to performing work, or which is used or intended to be used, whether incidental thereto or not, for developing, receiving, storing, containing, confining, transforming, transmitting, transferring or controlling any form of energy;

  • Computer Equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Mobile x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment mounted on a permanent base with wheels and/or casters for moving while completely assembled.

  • Furniture and Equipment means the furniture and equipment, other than motor vehicles, leased or owned by the Failed Bank and reflected on the books of the Failed Bank as of Bank Closing and located on or at Bank Premises, including without limitation automated teller machines, carpeting, furniture, office machinery (including personal computers), shelving, office supplies, telephone, surveillance, security systems and artwork. Motor vehicles shall be considered other assets and pass at Book Value. Furniture and equipment located at a storage facility not adjacent to a Bank Premises are excluded from this definition.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • X-ray equipment means an x-ray system, subsystem, or component thereof. Types of x-ray equipment are as follows:

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Furniture means articles of which wood, reeds, rattan, cane, seagrass or metal comprise the whole or part and such as are usually made or assembled by cabinet makers, assemblers in the furnishing trades, chair and couch makers, upholsterers, wood carvers, or wood turners; and

  • Covered Equipment means, unless otherwise specified in a Schedule, Covered Property:

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.
