Mortgaged Facilities definition

Mortgaged Facilities means the Xxxxxxxx Facility, the Xxxx Facility, the Waukegan Facility, the Joliet #9 Facility, the Will County Facility, the Calumet Peaking Unit, the Electric Junction Peaking Unit, the Lombard Peaking Unit and the Sabrooke Peaking Unit together with any and all easements benefiting any of the foregoing.

Mortgaged Facilities means and refer to, individually or collectively, as the case may be, the nursing home or adult care facilities owned by CNP and located in the counties of DeSoto, Hardee and Lake, respectively, in the State of Florida that are the xxxxxct of the Florida Lease and the Mortgage Loan.
