Closing Date Mortgaged Property as defined in Section 3.1(i).

More Definitions of Closing Date Mortgaged Property

Closing Date Mortgaged Property has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 4.1N.
Closing Date Mortgaged Property means each Real Estate Asset listed on Schedule 3.01(g).
