An ALTA survey of the Closing Date Mortgaged Property, certified to Collateral Agent and dated not more than thirty days prior to the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Closing Date Mortgaged Property

Closing Date Mortgaged Property has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 4.1N.
