Authorized Facilities definition

Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.
Authorized Facilities means those facilities to be financed as identified in the resolution forming the CFD.
Authorized Facilities means those public facilities authorized to be funded by CFD No. 1 as set forth in the formation documents of the CFD.

More Definitions of Authorized Facilities

Authorized Facilities means the facilities and fees authorized to be funded through the CFD.
Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by Bonds or Special Tax revenue dedicated to Pay-As-You-Go Expenditures for Improvement Area No. 1.
