Xxxxxxxx Facility definition

Xxxxxxxx Facility means the Xxxxxxxx station, 542 MW net coal-fired electric generating facility and related assets owned by the Borrower, including the Xxxxxxxx Peaking Unit, and located in Xxxx County, Illinois.

Xxxxxxxx Facility shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3 (a) of this Amendment.

Xxxxxxxx Facility means such facility or facilities as Xxxxxxxx Communications, Inc., a Georgia corporation, may own, use or operate in connection with the Business pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx Agreement.

Xxxxxxxx Facility means the 180 MW natural gas-fired, combined-cycle cogeneration facility of the Xxxxxxxx Partnership located in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.

Xxxxxxxx Facility means the facility described under "Business -- Power Generation -- The Southeast -- Facility Descriptions -- Xxxxxxxx Facility" in the Offering Memorandum.

Xxxxxxxx Facility means the real property located at 0000 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, that is owned on the date hereof by Xxxxxxxxx.
