MoPub Services definition

MoPub Services means collectively, the MoPub Marketplace and MoPub Platform, and all related user portals, technology and software, but specifically excluding the MoPub Code. 1.14 “User Data" means any data that MoPub collects during delivery of Ads or performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including the End User device information, End User's session-based browsing behavior, number of impressions, http header information, and any other data that Customer elects to provide to MoPub. 1.15 "User Volunteered Data" means any personally identifiable information of End Users collected by Customer or its Advertiser via any Ad. 2.

Examples of MoPub Services in a sentence

  • In the case of MoPub, Confidential Information includes the features and functionality of the MoPub Services.

  • Customer shall have no rights or licenseswith respect to the MoPub Services except as expressly provided in this Agreement and MoPub reserves all rights not explicitly granted herein.

  • Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason, all licenses granted herein shall terminate and Customer shall discontinue all use of the MoPub Services, 8.

  • You may only use Revenue Reporting for internal business purposes solely in connection with the MoPub Services, including for purposes of optimization, ad inventory allocation and other related purposes on the MoPub Services.

  • As between the parties, MoPub retains all right, title and interest in and to the MoPub Services and any materials created, developed or provided by MoPub in connection with this Agreement, including all intellectual property rights related to each of the foregoing.

  • MoPub assumes no indemnity liability for the following: (a) any infringement claims (including without limitation combination or process patents) arising out of the combination of the MoPub Service or use with other hardware, software or other items not provided by MoPub to the extent such infringement would not have occurred absent such combination or use; (b) any unauthorized modification of the MoPub Services; or (c) any claims arising out of MoPub's compliance with Customer's specifications or designs.

  • In connection with the operation of the MoPub Services, MoPub collects and receives User Data with regard to Customer's use of the MoPub Services.

  • Customer will implement the MoPub Code on the Customer Service in order to integrate with the MoPub Services, in an agreed upon manner.

  • Customer is solely responsible for the security of such accounts and shall be responsible for the activities of any person accessing the MoPub Services using an authorized account, whether authorized by Customer or not.

Related to MoPub Services

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Service(s)(ing) In accordance with Regulation AB, the act of servicing and administering the Mortgage Loans or any other assets of the Trust by an entity that meets the definition of “servicer” set forth in Item 1101 of Regulation AB and is subject to the disclosure requirements set forth in Item 1108 of Regulation AB.   • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.
