Related User definition

Related User or “Related Users”: With respect to any Person, such Person’s tenants, subtenants, licensees, agents, employees, customers, invitees, contractors, vendors, agents and representatives, permitted by such Person to use the premises in question.

Related User means the Member's: (i) immediate family living in the Dwelling;

More Definitions of Related User

Related User means the Member's: (i) immediate family living in the Dwelling;(ii) renter(s) living in the Dwelling; or (iii) contract purchaser(s) who reside in the Dwelling.

Related User means any person who: (i) resides with an Owner within the Community; or (ii) occupies a Unit when prior occupancy is pursuant to an agreement by which the occupant gives consideration in any form to the Owner for such occupancy; or (iii) is a family member of the foregoing persons; or (iv) is a guest or invitee of the foregoing persons.

Related User means a Person who obtains all or certain rights of an Owner by reason of such Person validly claiming or being entitled to such rights by, through, or under such Owner. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, "Related User" shall include any occupant, tenant, family member or contract purchaser of an Owner who occupies all or part of any Site of such Owner and any natural person who is a guest or invitee of such Owner or of such Person.

Related User means a person who obtains all or certain rights of an Owner by reason of such person claiming or being entitled to such rights by, through, or under such Owner.

Related User means any member of the Common Household Group of an Owner of a Residential Lot who resides with such Owner; guests, customers and invitees of an Owner; employees of an Owner; and occupants, tenants and contract purchasers residing on a Lot of an Owner who claim by, through or under the Owner.

Related User means and refer to any Person who: (a) resides with an Owner within a Lot; (b) is a guest or invitee of an Owner; (c) is an occupant or tenant of a Lot; or (d) is a family member, guest, invitee or cohabitant of the foregoing.

Related User means any: (a) permitted guests and invitees of an Owner, Condominium Complex Tenant or Townhouse Tenant; and (b) occupants, tenants and contract purchasers residing in a Dwelling Unit of an Owner who claim by, through, or under such Owner.
