Merck Patents definition

Merck Patents means all Patent Rights that are Controlled by Merck or its Affiliates as of the Execution Date or at any time thereafter during the Term and that Cover the Compound or the Licensed Product or their manufacture or use. Merck Patents include Merck’s and its Affiliates interest in Joint Patents.
