Maximum Bonus Award definition

Maximum Bonus Award means the amount of the bonus compensation that would be paid to Executive under such incentive or bonus compensation plan assuming that all performance goals or targets required to have been achieved as a condition of the payment of the maximum bonus under such plan were achieved and all other conditions precedent to the payment of such bonus compensation were satisfied.
Maximum Bonus Award means, as to any Participant for the Performance Period, the maximum award that may be granted to the Participant under the Bonus Plan. In no event may the Maximum Bonus Award paid in respect of a calendar year exceed $2 million.
Maximum Bonus Award means the maximum Bonus Award, denoted as a dollar amount, which can be earned and paid to the Participant for the Bonus Period as established by the Committee.

More Definitions of Maximum Bonus Award

Maximum Bonus Award means, as to any Participant for the Performance Period, the maximum award that may be granted to the Participant under the Bonus Plan.
Maximum Bonus Award means, as to any Participant for a Performance Period, 260% of the Participant’s annualized rate of base salary in effect at the commencement of such Performance Period determined without regard to any increases in base salary that may occur thereafter, but in any event not more than three million dollars ($3,000,000).
Maximum Bonus Award means the maximum Bonus Award which can be earned and paid for the Bonus Period to a Participant who is a Covered Employee, which results from multiplying the Participant’s Compensation for the Bonus Period by the product of (i) the Participant’s Target Bonus Percentage and (ii) the Participant’s relevant Aggregate Corporate Performance Bonus Multiplier. Maximum Bonus Award means the maximum Bonus Award which can be earned and paid for the Bonus Period to a Participant as determined by the Committee. Unless the Committee specifically determines otherwise, in no event may the amount of any Participant’s Maximum Bonus Award exceed $3,000,000 for any Bonus Period.
Maximum Bonus Award means the maximum Bonus Award, denoted as a dollar amount, which can be earned and paid to the Participant for the Bonus Period as established by the Committee, which cannot exceed in any event the dollar amount which results from multiplying the Participant’s Compensation for the Bonus Period by the product of (a) the Participant’s Performance Target Bonus Percent, (b) the Participant’s Performance Bonus Multiplier and (c) one hundred and twenty percent (120%).
Maximum Bonus Award means the maximum Bonus Award that may be granted or earned under the Bonus Plan by a Participant for the Performance Period, which may be, but is not required to be, expressed as a percentage of Participant’s base salary or a specific dollar amount. As to any Participant for any Performance Period, the Maximum Bonus Award will not exceed $3 million multiplied by the number of complete Fiscal Years contained within the Performance Period, or, for any Performance Period of less than one complete Fiscal Year, $3 million.
