Management Premises definition

Management Premises means all administrative security and control offices and centres and stores (if any) maintained by the Landlord for managing the Building and providing the Services and any accommodation for a caretaker housekeeper ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or facilities manager employed for purposes connected with the Building;
Management Premises means any administrative accommodation within the Building as shall be utilised for the management of the Development (including the Building);

Examples of Management Premises in a sentence

  • Costs of providing and operating Management Premises and the Plant and Equipment for use in connection with the provision of management services for the Development (including the Building) (including the cost of office and cleaning equipment, furniture and other like costs) and together with any associated costs.

  • Policy Management services include Rule Set Management, Policy Change Management, Premises Based and Non-Premises Based device Policy back up and restoration services.

  • Any criminal activity that threatens the health and safety or right to peaceful enjoyment of Management Premises by Residents or employees of the Management or drug-related criminal activity on or off the premises, engaged in by a public housing tenant, any member of the tenant's household, or any guest or other person under the tenant's control, shall be cause for termination of the tenancy.
