Licence Scope definition

Licence Scope means the scope of the licence(s) to be granted by Centaur to the Client under Clause 5 as set out in the Order Form;
Licence Scope means the scope of the licence(s) to be granted by ReallyB2B to the Client under Clause 5 as set out in the Order Form;

The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Licences means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Major Subcontract means any Subcontract with a Subcontractor for those portions of the Work listed in Section 1.3 of Attachment G.

  • IAEA means the International Atomic Energy Agency;
