Major Subcontract definition

Major Subcontract means (i) (a) any single agreement or purchase order with a Subcontractor or (b) multiple agreements or purchase orders with a single Subcontractor, for performance of any part of the Work that, in each case, has an aggregate value in excess of Dollars ($ ), or (ii) any agreement for the provision or supply of Major Equipment.
Major Subcontract means any Subcontract with a Subcontractor for those portions of the Work listed in Section 1.3 of Attachment G.
Major Subcontract means any subcontract of Contractor for the provision of equipment, the value of which subcontract exceeds $1,000,000.00 in the aggregate.

Examples of Major Subcontract in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall, where entering into any Key Subcontract or Major Subcontract for the Execution of any part of the Works, incorporate in such Subcontract (by reference or otherwise) the provisions of this Clause 5.15 [Contractor's Equipment and Temporary Works] in relation to plant, equipment and Materials and tools and Temporary Works brought on to the Project Site by the Subcontractor.

  • After execution of such Subcontract, the Subcontract shall be considered a Major Subcontract and the Subcontractor shall be considered a Major Subcontractor.

  • Owner shall have the discretion, not to be unreasonably exercised, to reject any proposed Major Subcontractor not listed on Attachment G for a Major Subcontract.

  • Major Subcontractor means any Subcontractor that is a party to a Major Subcontract.

  • Contractor shall not enter into any Major Subcontract with a proposed Major Subcontractor that is rejected by Owner in accordance with the preceding sentence.


More Definitions of Major Subcontract

Major Subcontract means any Subcontract that is awarded to a Major Subcontractor.
Major Subcontract means a subcontract related to the performance of this Contract and valued at Two Million Five Hundred Thousand U.S. dollars (U.S.$2,500,000) or more.
Major Subcontract means a Subcontract with a Major Subcontractor.
Major Subcontract means (i) any Subcontract having an aggregate value in excess of five hundred thousand U.S. Dollars (U.S.$ 500,000), (ii) multiple Subcontracts with one Subcontractor that have an aggregate value in excess of five hundred thousand U.S. Dollars (U.S.$ 500,000), (iii) any Affiliate Subcontract entered into with an Affiliate Subcontractor or (iv) or any Subcontractor performing a portion of the Work listed in Attachment G.
Major Subcontract means any Subcontract with a Subcontractor for those portions of the Work listed in Section 1.3 of Attachment G. “Major Subcontractor” means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.
Major Subcontract means a Subcontract in excess of $250,000.
Major Subcontract has the meaning assigned to such term in the Definitions Agreement.
